During the sketching phase, you will be allowed a maximum of 1 free revision. Any more modifications will increase the price.

Minor/major changes after being sent the finished commission will be charged.

Please include all of the details you would like to have for your commission in your initial message! I will only send an email back if I have confirmed the commission.

I will only start sketching after being sent a partial or full payment of your commission. Expect to receive a sketch within a week after paying.

Full/partial refunds are not applicable if ever the client is unsatisfied with the finished piece. I always ask the client if they would like to have anything revised during the sketching phase. The client should settle all revisions by then.

If there is a chance the commissioned piece can not be completed due to things happening on my end, I will refund the client in full.

If the client has not sent over the full/partial payment after a week of correspondence, I have the right to cancel the commission.

You will then be sent an invoice, a client number and a link to the queue list.

After the payment has been settled, I will start sketching out your piece. Please allow a maximum of 5 business days for me to get back to you with your sketch. I finish commissions in order.

After being sent the colored sketch, please check if you'd like to have anything changed. If everything's looking good, I'll then finish your piece! If you still have a remaining balance to pay, please do it at this point.

A One drive link will then be emailed to you once I finish your piece.

I reserve the right to use all commissioned work to my business.

Needle felted models are for private use only. The commissioner is not allowed to commercially publish, resell or otherwise commercially use the commissioned model.

Needle felted models are one-of-a-kind and will not be produced a second time.

Prices will be in $ US dollar.

After the final invoice has been sent out, the commissioner has 30 days to transfer the payment. If the commissioner is unable to pay the final amount within the 30 day limit, I reserve the right to sell the commissioned model otherwise.

Shipping will be via USPS and can take up to 2 weeks. Your package will be tracked and insured.
